Please read these terms carefully. By accessing or using Crypgo, you agree to be legally bound by this agreement.

01. Acceptance of Terms
By opening an account, accessing, or using the Crypgo platform (including the website, API, and mobile application), you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to access or use the Services.
Crypgo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of these changes by updating the revised date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
02. Eligibility & Registration
To use Crypgo, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old and have the full capacity to accept these Terms.
- You are not a resident of a restricted jurisdiction (e.g., North Korea, Iran, Cuba, etc.).
- You have not previously been suspended or removed from our platform.
- You are not identified as a "Specially Designated National" by the OFAC.
03. Risk Disclosure
Trading cryptocurrencies involves a high degree of risk and may result in the loss of your entire investment.
Volatility
The value of digital assets can fluctuate significantly in a short period. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
No Insurance
Funds held in digital currency are not protected by SIPC, FDIC, or other government-backed insurance schemes.
Technology Risk
Blockchain networks can face congestion, forks, or 51% attacks which may delay or reverse transactions.
Irreversibility
Transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. Crypgo cannot recover funds sent to incorrect addresses.
04. Description of Services
Crypgo provides a platform for trading Digital Assets. We function as a matching engine and do not act as a principal counterparty to your trades, unless explicitly stated.
Spot Trading
Direct exchange of one digital asset for another or for fiat currency.
Custodial Wallet
We securely store your assets. You retain ownership, but we hold the private keys.
05. AML & KYC Compliance
Crypgo is a regulated entity and complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) laws.
We may require you to provide personal information, including but not limited to your name, address, government ID, and proof of address. We may also monitor your transactions for suspicious activity and report to relevant authorities if necessary.
06. Fees & Payments
You agree to pay the fees for trades completed on our Services as made available in our Fee Schedule, which we may revise from time to time.
- Trading Fees: Charged when your order is executed.
- Withdrawal Fees: Charged to cover network (gas) costs when moving funds off-platform.
- Spread: When using the "Convert" feature, a spread is applied to the exchange rate.
07. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRYPGO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF VALUE OF ASSETS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
08. Termination of Account
We reserve the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate your account at any time if we suspect you have violated these Terms, engaged in illegal activity, or if required by a valid subpoena or court order.
09. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
